Yes. 30 AI translations per day plus unlimited Fast translations, forever. No card required.
What's the difference between AI and Fast?
AI uses a large language model and produces context-aware translations with senses, examples, and paragraph support. Fast skips the LLM and returns sub-second results — great for clear text, less so for nuance. The picker lets you swap per translation; Auto picks for you.
Which languages does Locals support?
40+ languages for AI translation, with first-class Turkish ↔ English coverage (purpose-built dictionary). Other pairs work great for sentences and paragraphs.
Where's my data stored?
History and favorites live in chrome.storage.local on your device. We don't store user data. Pro adds optional cloud sync — opt-in, off by default.
How do I cancel?
One click in the Polar customer portal. Your account drops to Free at the end of the billing period — nothing else changes.
